Cooking is my favorite activity during the day. It takes my mind wondering away from the everyday problems, it gives me time to clear my head and at the end the reward is a masterpiece meal, that makes everyone happy. I started cooking when I was 16 and it got under my skin immediately. The best part is that I love cooking for every else around me, but not for myself. When it comes to preparing a meal for me, I am always lazy.
The following recipe is a simple dessert that I created a while back when I was trying to lose some weight. I was on this awesome 3 week diet plan and I wasn’t allowed to eat sweets. That’s why I throw away almost everything that got sugar in it. One night I had my friends over for dinner and after the meal, one of them asked for dessert. The thing is that I completely forgot about it, because of my healthy diet. So I went into the kitchen and came up with these snickers bitters. Their reaction was awesome, so I continued making them for other guests as well and everyone loved them. That’s why today I want to share my recipe so everyone can enjoy this super quick and easy to make bitters.
Dessert for 4 persons
Ingredients:
2 bananas
70 g Nutella cream
40 g hazelnuts
40 g peanuts
Start preparing the recipe by roughly chopping the hazelnuts and peanuts. Microwave the Nutella cream for 15 seconds so it can melt. Chop the bananas into inch size pieces and place them on a serving board. On top of each piece of banana add Nutella cream, then hazelnuts and peanuts. Simple as that you will get a delicious dessert that everybody likes!
