If you work in a company and want to advance in your career, it’s easy to become that employee who is available 24/7. In short, the “right” amount of work is the one that allows you to be financially stable while still having enough time for your personal needs. Create family traditions

The goal is to create activities that fit into your schedule, so everybody knows what to expect and when.
