Summer is here ‒ and we all know what that means! Endless partying, binge-drinking (we honestly hope our parents aren’t reading this!), fabulous outfits and cute glances with hot strangers all around! Basically, it’s time to grab your backpack and be on the next bus on your way to the biggest music festivals of the season. If you already live in Europe and can spare yourself the long trip, that’s perfect; Europe is hosting some of the best jams you’ll ever get to see. So far, 2017 is promising to host some of the best music festivals ever. Don’t miss out on a chance of a lifetime, go and book your tickets now and get ready to party all night long! Btw, can you tell how excited we are? Yeap, it’s that obvious.
Tomorrowland is a must
Tomorrowland is all about electronic dance music, and having fun of course. Where else would you have a chance to meet the greatest DJs in the world? Antwerp, Belgium, will be the host this July, meaning that you finally have a chance to visit Europe. Oh btw, don’t forget to try their waffles. The fact you’re partying like there is no tomorrow shouldn’t be any less of a reason to indulge in these delicious treats.
There is no Exit sign
You don’t hear Serbia being mentioned in the news unless there is trouble brewing. However, Novi Sad is the host for the 17th time and the Exit festival seems to get better every year. Hardcore fans already know the festival’s dynamics, but it doesn’t harm to mention it once again: the festival calls together famous artists from various music genres, with every stage offering a unique experience. This year, we’re too happy about Rag’n’Bone Man and Years and Years!
Time for Splendour
Hop on a plane and head to Australia because Splendour in the Grass is a world-famous festival that brings in alternative artists! Byron Bay is where you need to be this July unless you want to explore Australia some more. There isn’t a single better music festival on the whole continent.
Party to give back to society
Not many music festivals can say that they are doing something to help out their community, but Monterey International Pop Festival sure can. Besides listening to some of your favorite artists from all around the world, you’ll be giving something back as well. What better way to be charitable than to listen to your favorite music, rock out, have fun, and do a good deed… right?
No time to cool off
August might seem like an uneventful month with not much happening, and you couldn’t be more wrong. Livewire offers more than just three days of legendary artists, it is an experience you can’t pass up or you’ll regret it for life. Because it’s held in Blackpool, you’ll have plenty of time to visit a pub on your way or you can’t really claim that you’ve been to England. Cheers to that, mate!
A big bang before summer ends
With summer almost ending, you won’t find as many festivals to enjoy yourself. However, Outside Lands offers just that: a big bang for the finish line. An amazing festival counting some of the most famous artists is held in San Francisco, in the Golden State Park. Truly a party of legends you should definitely not miss out, or your summer will be a bust.
Time to Rock in Rio
Rock in Rio is an amazing event that usually alternates between Rio de Janeiro, Portugal, Madrid, and Las Vegas. In September, the last great party of the summer will be held in Brazil. Get ready for an awesome lineup this year and make sure to book early. After all, you can’t really say your summer was good unless you go home tired and exhausted from partying non-stop! At least, that’s the way we see it!
