From the first of my memories, my grandmother used to say, ‘don’t leave the house without your lips’. Honestly, at the age of three, I was concerned the lips were as removable as someone stealing my nose. Eventually, I learned no matter what time and effort I was willing to put into my lips, it’s important to get at least an SPF on the pucker. I also recommend not forgetting the SPF all over the face if you’re planning on being outside for longer than ten minutes.

Starting and finishing your day with a clean mouth is known to give peace of mind, along with a ton of health benefits. So, to start your day off on the right foot and be ready to take on the world, give your teeth the attention they deserve. People with whiter smiles tend to have much higher confidence. Speaking of self-esteem, having confidence that your breath is fresh will allow you to speak with others more fluently. Releasing wrinkles in your clothing will make you feel less disheveled. Add in a dryer sheet and the clean smell will trick your senses into believing you spent the usual amount of time getting ready for your day.
